Just finished up a song minus some lead guitars, tell me if its any good/sucks nuts/or is just simply ok. Thanks!

Snare is a bit loud and there seems to be almost zero content from about 300 to 500 hz. Too much mud there can make the mix sound muffled, but too little and you lose the glue that prevents it from sounding hollow. Try re-introducing some of those frequencies with your bass or the guitar. Bass might be a good candidate since it has a lot of low end punch, so bringing some low mids in might make it glue the mix together but sound less thumpy. Sounds good though, just needs a bit of work!

Thanks a lot for your input! i am going to work on this more when i get back from the doctor today. I knew there was something not gelling just right with this mix, so ill try this. Anyone else, while we are on the subject?
