I though it was supposed to symbolize America, like our country is "dying" (from their pessimistic viewpoint), and "fetus" to represent how young our nation is compared to the rest of the world.

DF is great. great great great great great. And as cool as their older shit was, I'm glad they progressed their sound some so each album isn't just a repeat of the last.

Yeah, their lyrics were just gore and hate back then but later on when they started adding hardcore to their sound they started making songs about being anti-capitalism/anti-American and what not.
