DYNAMO CANCELLED - CONFIRMED

The Dynamo Festival, one of Europe's premier summer rock events, has been cancelled. This is due to outbreaks of foot & mouth disease in Holland, where the Dynamo happens.

Bloodstock remains and will remain Foot and Mouth free - due to being held in an arena venue within Derby City Centre.

Is there a chance thats bands from Dynamo may transfer over to bloodstock. For example 'CRADLE OF FILTH'.

Last Friday Lichtenvoorde withdrew the permit out of fear of spreading Foot and mouth disease. The organizers, Mojo and Anti Concerts, do not see any possibility to let the festival take place. The festival was going to be held on May 24th, 25th and 26th. It is impossible to find an alternative festivalsite in such a short time.

Perhaps we should call our festival Dynamite!! The smaller brother of Dynamo!!
