You know a while ago in a post I said a Euro power metal band was confirmed to tour here? Well I think this must be the band

Couldn't be happier, I love Edguy, they're one of the coolest power metal bands coz they are FAST speed metal with lotso f energy and great riffs and big happy Helloween-ish choruses heheh, rather than slow wimpy boring power metal.

Only 3 shows on the tour:

Sydney - Overage
Melbourne - All Ages
Melbourne - Overage

Edguy are co-headlining with Vanishing Point, and the support band will be Anarion.

2 melbourne gigs???? Thats half fucking shit if I dont say so myself......little bit of favourtism by the melbourne people putting it together huh huh!! These bands idea of a "tour" of australia is pretty crap in my books. At least REAL bands like priest and megadeth went to more than 2 citys!

Thats bullshit. I dont really care about edguy but I woulda paid to see vanishing point....oh well.

I have recently heard differently about the support bands...

I heard that Dungeon were gonna be supporting in Sydney and there will be a few support bandsi n Melbourne... I have no idea what is right though. All I know for certain is that Vanishing Point are co-headlining.
