Editing midi in pro tools

A friend of mine recorded some mido drum tracks from his electric drum kit at 150 bpm and I want to increase the tempo to 170bpm. However when I increase the tempo of the track the midi data does not change its placemenet. As in it, it doesn't move with the grid and stays in the same placement if it was at 150.

Any advice?

i would also like to know the answer to this question.... just incase it happens to me! Mine has been changing all along for me already, but hopefully it stays that way. Suggestion. are you using grid mode instead of slip? i always use grid mode. that might fix it!
