after years of complaining because there are no weekday lunchtime indian buffets in my area, they FINALLY opened one a week or two ago! so for lunch today my friend paul and i went down there and gorged ourselves for $7.95!

the selection at this one isn't as good as the selection at some other buffets i've been to in the area, but they only operate on the weekends--and since this place's price goes from 7.95 to 9.95 on Sundays, i wonder if they expand their selection, too?
amanda, how do you handle indian buffets while sticking vegan? do you only go to veg/vegan indian restaurants? looking at their non-buffet dinner menu, this place is more vegan friendly than any other i've been to in boston, but they do require you to tell them to prepare the dishes vegan. so how do you swing a regular buffet? the chana tikka masala and saag were awesome here, but they both had ghee in them.
