I've not really been into them since the awesome El Nino. This new song is very cool. It's more melodic than progressive on this track which suits me down to the ground. Pumped to hear more.

ELDRITCH TO RELEASE TENTH ALBUM IN NOVEMBER
"...Italian progressive metallers Eldritch are going to release their 10th studio album Underlying Issues on November 6th via Scarlet records. The album consists of 11 brand new powerful and a bit more technical and progressive tracks that will keep up the same dark mood as the previous album Tasting The Tears. Underlying Issues has once again been recorded in two different studios, Bigwave Recording studios in Livorno, Italy for the drums, engineered by Niko Santaniello, and Eldritch’s very own bunker studios in Livorno, Italy, with the bands guitarist Eugene Simone also producing. Mixing and mastering will be held by Simone Mularoni (DGM) at his Domination studios in San Marino, Italy. The artwork will be done by Simone Bertozzi (Mnemic)...."

Absolutely love this band and they were awesome a few years back when they played ProgPower. Many tunes from Headquake and El Niño made me a very happy camper.... Would love to see them do the whole El Niño album one day; a classic prog metal album. The new disc sounds awesome!
