The mix sounds really weird to me.

joey used real drums for this, bar the kick which was replaced.

I actually like the mix. Not as much as speaker of the dead, but at last Emmure's song writting as mildly improve.

Sounds like they got LESS powerful with this mix.
Maybe (hopefully) they go lighter on this CD like they did in Goodbye to the Gallows.

Meh for the song. I didn't really pay attention to the mix when i listened this so i can't give my opinion on that.

The other day i was listening to gallows and i must say it's still their best record to date. If judging by the quality of songs. Speaker of the dead might have been a good mix but the songs were kinda lame. This is better thab speaker of the dead but still not topping gallows.

Damn, that is what I was using! =\ Now everybody is going to be using that because Joey did. Criminal emulates the tone from the Peavey 5150 II, and I love the tone! Tube Screamer - Criminal - Treadplate/Green 25 - 57/Cond = gr3at! <3
