Norwegian black metal band Emperor (now split up) has announced, via their record company Candlelight, that they will release a collection CD with highlights from the bands history!
The albums title, as it stands now, is "Scattered Ashes - A Decade of Emperial Wrath", and can be expected out in March 2003.
"Put together in cooperation with guitarist Samoth, the album is a fitting soundtrack for a band that will forever remain critical to black metal's rise to popularity," states the official press release.
