I was wondering If somebody could suggest a song or two to download.

Off Anthems to the Welkin at Dusk, I recommend tracks:

1. Alsvartr (The Oath)
2. Ye Entrancemperium(these go well together)
6. The Acclamation of Bonds (best main track on album)
8. The Wanderer (Kick-arse short instrumental)
9. In Longing Spirit (Bonus track if you can find it)

Off In The Nightside Eclipse:

2. The Burning Shadows of Silence (best track on the album)
6. The Majesty of the Night Sky (actually, joint best track on the album)
7. I am the Black Wizards

These track numbers are off the remastered albums, they look a bit different to the original albums.
Download all Emperor stuff you can find, but be happy if you can only get these tracks initially.

That's the second time I have to correct you, it's Zyklon :) Now say that 50 times so you will remeber.
My favourite Emperor-track: Ye Entrancemperium

they got it because it is a gas that killed people in world war 2 or something:grin:

I think all the tracks have been pretty much covered. but your forgetting one GREAT track. Ensorcelled by Khaos. I think that is one of the best emperor songs.

They were originally called Zyklon-B, and made one MCD by that name, called Blood must be shed. After receiving to many comments about them being nazi's, which they aren't, they changed their name to Zyklon.
Zyklon-B was a nervegas the germans used to kill the jews with.

me good ;)

If I'm not mistaking the line-up was:
Frost on drums
Samoth on guitar
Insahn on keyboards
Aldrahn on vocals

The MCD isn't hard to find, nor the picture LP, so don't spend to much money when buying. I think there are still some mailorders that support the release.
