So yeah I want to play Legend of Legaia, and I got an emulator but I was never really knowledgeful and I have no idea what programs to use to play it. It's a .BIN + image file if that helps. HALP

Power ISO won't play emulators, but if what your working with is an image file, than that seems like you still need to extract something.

If I were you I would try another emulator.

I already extracted it from a RAR I don't think it's compressed twice I just need a program(emulator) that plays .BIN files

An image file is not a compressed file it is simply an image of CD or something similar.

BTW I just looked up that game, so I assume you need a Playstation emulator, which TBO I don't think exist, because I have looked for them.

Anyways, the image file is the game, use PowerISO and do what I said and you will be amazed that your game might actually work.

Not really? An image is just what he wants. As psx emulators are designed to play cds?

Anyway, try ePSXe maybe it is pretty easy to use imo. http://www.epsxe.com/
There is a pretty good guide on their site how to set it up. You will need some drivers though which aren't available on their site. I don't remember were to get them but a quick google search should do the trick.

I'm actually a member of several emulation communities, and an experienced romhacker, so I know quite a bit about emulation, but, PSX emulation is not quite my area. But I can assure you that PSX emulation is very much possible and pretty much every game will run properly on a decent computer. Get ePSXe like Vilden said, but you may need to download some files of dubious legality. You should find these on any decent torrent site.

that's actually what I have cherko/vilden. I got the Demonoid version with all the bios and I downloaded a z-.dll file I was missing but I was getting an error when I chose to load from CDROM, maybe ill try fucking with different bios' and maybe get lucky.

Just go to configure video and limit your FPS rate to 50-60. It's worked for me for the few games I've played on ePSXe when I had that problem.
