Energetic Disassembly CD

Does anyone know where (besides Ebay) I could get a copy of "Energetic Disassembly" on CD? I've already got "Control and Resistance". I'm fine with getting the reprint from 1997 (or whenever it was) on Institute of Arts (or whatever label it was), but I can't find it anywhere. Whenever it shows up on Ebay, the price gets ridiculously high (like $50 or more), and as much as I like it, I'm not gonna pay that much for a CD. I don't know if it is still available in Europe or not, but in the States it is nowhere to be found.

Any suggestions?

I've only got it on vinyl I'm afraid. Is the CD an official release?

It is, at least from what I've read. But I think I read that the label didn't print enough copies or went out of business or something.

I really want this CD. Has anyone seen it for sale anywhere for a decent price? I saw a place that had it for $32 + shipping and I had to wait 8 weeks. I'd like to think I could do better.

Yeah, I've tried pretty much everywhere. GEMM only has one listing, and that is the one I mentioned that is $32 and 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. I may end up just taking that one if I can't find it anywhere else, but I hate to do it 'cause it's such a price gorge. I emailed Tomer at the end records and he's gonna see if he can track it down and sell it on their site...I'm hoping he does.
