After leaving Trouble these are his words:

It is with my deepest regret that by mutual agreement that Trouble and I have parted ways effective immediately.

I love them very much and I wish them nothing but the
best. At this moment in time I just can't handle touring anymore.

All I want to do is write songs and work on my new project Black Finger. I am sorry and I love you all."

-Eric

He needs to write a 10pg paper on why he wanted to leave? Less is more, got the point across.

I said he needed to write a 10 page paper?! When did I say that?
Let's examine my stament shall we?

"My 8 year old could have come up with a better statement...
What a heartfelt statement..."

I merely was making a point that it was so impersonal, weak and with little thought. It's not like he left a band that formed 4-5 years ago and recorded one or two albums. Hell that junkie Scott Weiland made more of a statement (when he left Velvet Revolver) than Eric and his brain is diluted with herion and other drugs...

gotta agree with Sixx; "I don't like touring, please listen to my new band Black Finger" is a little simple for a cult band...

I much prefer this approach than a Tolkki-esque internet drama. It's really only his and Trouble's business and if they feel this is all the public needs to know, that's it.

Right. I don't think there needs to be drama, at the same time the fans deserve more. That said I'll listen to his new band. I'm a big fan of Kory Clarke but I don't think he's the right fit for Trouble... that's just my opinion.

People change jobs all the time, and band members aren't any different. I wish him the best of luck with the new band. I will cherish all my Trouble albums! Thanks Eric!
