As an example of KGB policy of corrupting western moral standards, it is well-known that the KGB infiltrated the catholic seminaries from the 1960s to sow "progressivism" among the students. The result? Child molesters. Virtually all of the child molesting priests were trained during this period of intense KGB activity. Coincidence? I think not.

Just sort of a pet peeve...most of these pervert priests aren't child-molesters
in the traditional sense of the term. They are pederasts - homosexuals who prey upon adolescent boys or teens because they are an easy mark for their depraved behavior. I believe the media perpetuates the "child-molester" title to avoid having to explicity acknowledge the obvious homosexuality that is behind nearly all of this sickness.

Beyond that...I wouldn't put anything past Soviet/Marxists - so this theory is altogether possible.

This is good to know. I hadn't actually heard this specifically put forward elsewhere - though I'm certainly not surprised it has been. The distressingly successful mainstreaming of homosexuality, in whatever form, now demands that perverts never be presented in a negative light(sounds like a familiar theme, does it not?). Sadly, the Church itself has done precious little to clarify these not so subtle distinctions in what is really going on in their midst, which calls their broader motivations into question. Then again, look at the American Catholic Church and it's disgraceful position Illegal Immigation!! There are wicked agendas at work under many of those frocks!

i believe i read it in a book by Bernard Goldberg. he said the cover-up of what these crimes really are was a liberal media trick, designed to protect the reputation of one of the liberal left's 'protected agendas,' aka... gay rights.

The Catholic church gives perfect cover for a homosexual pederast...They cant marry or have girlfriends and it all looks perfectly normal from the outside.....plus they get to mentor young boys......what do you think might happen on occasion.....
