Excurses is an amazing metal band from Manitoba, Canada. They have just finished recording a 5 song EP disc and are in the midst of finishing up everything involved with releasing it. They are independent and amazing! You can hear one of their songs online at

Great job dudes!! Wicked playing and production on this song from my neighbors to the east...check this shit out people!! I'd call it melodic death/power thrash or some shit, i dunno, but it's kick-ass!!

The name http://www.excurses.com has just been registered this weekend. Hopefully in the next week there will be something. At least a splash page with pertinent info. (i'm doing it, so I am hoping for this.)

I just sent off all their material to be printed and stamped. I was told 10 working days and it should be in my hands COMPLETELY done, shrink wrapped and all. So if anyone is interested in a CD you can email me at
