Faces of Meth

Too often, it's peer pressure and boredom. Meth is nearly the worst, it's addiction ratio is HIGH, no pun intended.

I've been lucky to have never had any peer pressure of anything like this. I've never felt pressured to smoke, drink or do drugs by anyone. I tried smoking once, thought it was digusting and that was it. Same with drink, I've never found anything that I really like to drink so I just don't and I would never do any sort of drug ever! These facts have been accepted by those around me and I'm very glad of that. :)
 
Yup ... I was just insecure enough to do dumb things to be nearer the IN crowd. I worked it out in time, a VERY LONG TIME, but I still suffer the consequences. I can't blame anyone besides myself, although that too took a long time to resolve.

Now, I'm just freakin' perfect.:zombie:

Funnily enough most people dont think of the consequences before they take the drug and get addicted.

I was a recreational drug user, From Amphetamine, Ecstasy, LSD to Cocaine.
I'm not pro drug but i am far from anti drug, yes there are bad drugs out there...nearly all of them, including alcohol which has a stupidly high addiction rate too.

Some people get high from rollercoasters, others from driving racing cars. Some people get the buzz by walking on stage, others take drugs to achieve it.
 
Remember when this girl was hot? Word is she graduated to meth. I can believe it.

Jenna, you have some good friends, be it drink or smoke or whatever. They accept you for who you are and that is golden. Hang on to those friends but if they use anything like this please keep an eye out for them, though know you can only input so much and the rest is up to them. I have lost too many a friend to drugs. I don't think I pick friends out poorly, but there have been more than I care to admit of people I called friends who I have lost due to drugs. :erk:

I think most of them are level headed enough but if any of them did go down that road, I would be the first one on their case. Thank you for your concerns, I'm sorry to hear of your losses. :(
 
Yup, I recently lost an old buddy to the long term affects of drugs. He was 10 years younger than me, and we used to party HARD. The difference is, I changed my life around 17 years ago and he just partied harder.

Several of my old "friends" have enjoyed the accomodations of the Prison system, some have lost homes, family and children. I feel very fortunate to be living a mostly happy, mostly normal, senior life. So many people have it so much worse.
 
I lost 10 years of my life and about $120.00 per day to this shit. I could have been one of the before and after pics. FUCKED ME UP!! Just couldn't quit. Took losing everything and withdrawals while locked up in Super Max to kick it but Thank God for that!!! What a cheap price to pay for freedom and a life again! If you haven't touched it - DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never liked meth. I only did it once. Coke seemed to make more sense. I guess if your too poor to have a regular coke habit then meth is an option. If your a mechanic or painter, then meth will makethe job seem much more intersting. The funny thing is that beautiful scenic places tend to have lots of tweakers. There's a lot of meth in rural Hawaii with the locals. Beautiful places like ukiah and other redwood towns.

Mangoes, waterfalls, beaches, forests and meth. Sounds like a picnic.
