Are you a fanboy?
Which bands?
What do you own?
Is some of it bad?

Personallt, I don't claim STUPID fanboy proportions of any band.. Worst thing might be I own certain select MetallicA releases on CD, vinyl and cassette but that's not THAT bad compared to some of you... Right?

You probably do, first of all, I have given up on Metallica since a few years, but N O T H I N G can beat the (nostalgic) feeling I get from the early shit and bla bla. A bit drunk, and the ONE item I'd kill for in my collection would probably be Mayhem - Out From the Dark. So. Fucking. Goood.

I have lots of Queensryche items (different album editions, 7 inch stuff, t-shirts etc) Psychotic Waltz albums, on a variety of editions, (and all their members' projects, demo, Aslan demo, i dont have the Teabag album - cant find that). Thats about it on fanboyism.

Not a fanboy . If I can't get limited editions , it's ok . But I won't miss anything about bands I like , live shows or albums.

I only own albums and eps . Remix and compilations can fuck off.

all from ...

Slayer
Voivod
The Eagles
Death

that's it ... never totally worshiped a band

none. I have yet to find a band that didn't have at least one really shitty release thats been around long enough to be able to have fanboys. I'd say the bands that come the closest for me are Immortal, Slayer, Slough Feg and pre-black album metallica.

i have like 25 king crimson albums and like 35 danzig albums, posters, dvds, etc. and like 20 nine inch nails albums and videos.

I don't know if I'm a full blown fanboy of any band but I have all three Falkenbach releases on vinyl and I'm the only person who ever bids on that promo tape on eBay that the seller always ends early because nobody bid high enough.

i'm not really a fanboy for any bands...opeth would be the closest for me but i just own all their releases on cd, no vinyl/tapes. i have a shirt and a poster, and all the cds, that's it. and i've only seen them once. i don't have the dough or the inclination to spend $3026592631035 getting OMG FIRST DEMO TAPE EVER SIGNED BY MIKAEL #3 OF 10
