A good friend of mine has a new app just starting out attempting to connect artists with their biggest fans. Looking for both fans and artists to join.
Think it could be a good way for smaller artists to build and nurture a fan base. Maybe good for smaller labels to connect existing fans of some of their artists with the rest of the artists in their portfolio. Could potentially even help promoters or agents find where the fans are (especially the fans that actually go to shows, or even those that are willing to travel for shows) across multiple bands on a bill to help decide where to target tour stops, or even festivals.
Most of these features don't exist yet, but they need members providing feedback and suggestions. I'm excited about the possibilities for our little niche of music.
