YES, how could I forget Cannibal Corpse? The first 3 albums had some bad ass stuff. And whether you like the band or not, Six Feet Under had some great artwork too. I liked the effect on Koldborn's album with the members being "frozen" on the inside photos that was brutal. And ONI with their Japenese influences.

And uh, Spawn of Possession-Cabinet. Very bizarre and morbid in some way. Now don't get me talken about the LYRICS some of my fav's

KATAKLYSM: New Album Delayed Until March - Oct. 22, 2003
Canadian death metallers KATAKLYSM have set March 8, 2004 as the release date through Nuclear Blast Records for their new album, "Serenity In Fire".

The much-anticipated effort will be released as a limited-edition double-CD, containing the following video clips: "In Shadows & Dust", "The Awakener", and two new video clips from the upcoming album: "As I Slither" and the movie theme song "The Night They Returned". The latter will be filmed in Montreal on November 20. The clip will contain band shots in the studio and movie excerpts. The bonus CD will also contain such goodies as wallpaper, screen saver and pictures. The artwork duties have once again been handled by acclaimed artist Thomas Ewerhard (HYPOCRISY, AMON AMARTH).

As previously reported, the follow-up to 2002's "Shadows and Dust" will be recorded at Studio Victor in Montreal during November. The album will be produced by KATAKLYSM guitarist Jean-Francois Dagenais (MISERY INDEX, MALEVOLENT CREATION) and will be mixed at Wildsound studio in St-Zenon, Quebec.
