Sym No 3 is my favourite classic piece ever. Makes most doom metal seem positively cheery in comparison. Haven't heard Totus Tuus though
you play guitar?
yeah man! Thats actually all I do tbh.( dont go to school)
Do you?
btw Lobos has no competition
Easy number one: Debussy!
and in no particular order
I also enjoy much of Bach, Ravel, Chopin, Mozart, Beethoven, quite a bit of Grieg and Tchaikovsky, Smetna (sp?), Smith, I like Haydn's Surprize Symphony, and oh how could I forget Holst!
Who I don't like: John Adams, Philip Glass, i.e. minimalists
Man, try as I may, I just don't enjoy minimalism...my grandma hates it so maybe its genetic. hahai enjoy all of those composers to various degrees... i've really been digging Tchaikovsky's symphonies lately... love minimalism tbh... part, tavener, gorecki, glass have all made great shit
i dabble... i learned a villa lobos prelude years ago... since he's such a well known guitar composer i deduced you were a guitar player <genius
oh yeah? fucking nice man!
I know all the Lobos Etude's.
sorry had to brag there.
any guitar/instruent videos of you playing something? Now i am interested.
