I prefer rodents... they're just plain cool, and relatively easy to take care of.

I used to have 4 dogs and 1 cat. But the cat and 2 of the dogs dies in the same time span of 6 months, so i now have a 4 year old Jack Russell and a 9 year old chiwawah.
So i naturally go for dogs, but the cat was a amazing creature, but the cat was bassicly a dog! if you grow up with 4 dogs, you kinda get extreemily dog-influenced in your manner!

Cats, definitely cats. You know what makes a good household pet? Skunks. As long as you get their glands removed, they make good pets just like a cat.

Yeah that sucks. I'm not allergic to my cats but I am allergic to some. It's weird. Like a buddy of mine has two cats and I'm kind of allegric to one and the other doesn't affect me. Some times the allegies are really bad and other times they aren't.

Although I don't have the patience required to take care of pets, cats and lizards would be choices, while dogs and birds piss me off.

I have 2 dogs and 1 cat, 2 hamsters (my daughters') and fish. I could care less about the fish, the hamsters are cute but they don't come out much. The cat was my wife's before I even met her and he's grown on me. I adopted a dog from the humane society and he's cool as hell! He's half Rottweiler, half Chow Chow. He's actually a good looking dog and he's my buddy! Great temperment, very loyal. we also have a Pug puppy (my wife wanted it) and she is cute, but the damned dog is over a year old now and still not houseborken. It's driving me crazy!!!

Anyway, I guess what I'm trying to say is that I like cats, but dogs are my definite favorite!

My favorite animals are dogs. We have 2 dogs and 1 german cat. I love them all.
