here are my 3 top-favourites:

Its a fuckin amazing cover, I love the colors

I think there was a "Wtf is going on in this album cover thread before"
And because it was one of the first really brutal album covers I ever saw, Butchered at Birth will always have a place in my heart.

Done before, search another one of these out and bump it if you must but there's really no point imo.
