Just thought this might be an interesting subject. Who is your favourite frontman who plays an instrument at the same time? Sometimes bands suffer because their big headed song writer thinks he can sing..

Got pissed off and kicked Dave Mustaine's dog hard. I hate animal abusers more than anything. Also he hunts... for fun.

It's easy for some to hate Hetfield and Metallica in general but I love em.

Akerfeldt hasn't been mention. Great songwriter, guitarist and the transistion between his death and clean vocals are fucking seamless. I think he's funny too in a dry kinda way.

There are situations when large dogs can/should be kicked, but from what I am reading here James was out of line. But Dave was also totally out of control with his addictions. Ideal dog owner, right? It's pretty lose-lose.

As for hunting, people do it for sport. I agree it's kind of bloodthirsty, but I guess I'm not gonna hate Hetfield based on that.

Have to agree with Akerfeldt. The guy is just all-round an awesome musician, and opeth live is just ridiculous! I also like the Mark Knopfler mention, not at all metal, but i just love him!

Saw nile last week in sydney.. holy fuck! These guys are beyond ridiculous! The whole band are just freaks. Fuck yes for nergal as well..

+1 for Akerfeldt, his vocal range is amazing, and I love his solo style. Im the first to admit he's got an ego, but some of his between song chat is hilarious.
