FEAR FACTORY - SELF BIAS RESISTOR

Wow, this is awesome stuff man, seriously nice guitar tone, sounds heavy as fuck.

That snare and those cymbals though, they sound....weird, there's a very odd "rattle" sound on the snare and the cymbals sound too compressed and kinda flaky and thin.

Thank you for your message. The truth is that I have not stopped too much to analyze the mix. Jajajajajajajajja. I have a little time now and I am a disaster. It's just a video to hang out on a Sunday afternoon. I will look at it and try to learn from it.

A greeting.

Hahaha, no worried at all mate, totally understand! For a Sunday afternoon hang out, that guitar tone was awesome though.

It's a favourite of mine by Fear Factory. so is there any chance you could upload the processed stems for guitar and bass? I'd love to have a go mixing in drums myself with your guitars and bass tracks.

Cheers!

The tracks I deleted once I mounted the video, I have thousands of tracks recorded and these are recorded anyway, I had no interest in keeping them. I have to save space because I already have enough hard drives .... jajajajajaja. But I can tell you how I recorded them. Use the POD X3. With Rectifier emulacion with everything in the middle and rectifier booth, Screamer (0-5-5). I have filtered the eq, eliminating from 9000Khz up and 80hz down. I have removed 5 db in 250hz and 500hz and I have adjusted in 5000hz. Only that. The bass is made with Kontakt with the Shreddage library.

A greeting.
