I had a music class at my old school today, and I noticed they had obtained a Fender Music Master CFA7010X bass combo. The teacher doesn't know too much about amps, so I checked it out. It turned out the be a small power tube amp, probably from the 70's. Two knobs (volume and tone), two inputs and two tubes (the other was ECC82 if I recall correctly) and it sounded funky as hell. It also had the name Brian Cran on the back of chassis.
Now, does anyone know anything about this particular amp? I could probably salvage it for really cheap, so I was thinking that maybe I should save it from the brutal hands of the local teenagers. I found a few of these on eBay going for about $300, but I thought I'd check with someone with more knowledge on these amps first.
