Fight - Anyone ever into them?

both their albums are excellent. very different, though, imo - War of Words more thrash and Small Deadly Space just had heavy grooves. With Halford singing, I'd say check it out if you're a Priest fan; it was a logical progression from Painkiller (and since Priest did nothing for 7 years, Fight just kept it going for us)

It was a Rock 102.1 's Birthday bash since Hoey is a local they added him to the line up
And Candlebox was bad, the 50,000 plus there fell a sleep and booed the hell out of them specially when they played Far Behind:heh:

Thanks - I've heard Gary Hoey here in LA on KLOS (classic rock) station and was like he played with Fight?

Before Hoey went solo he played with Frankie Banali on a band called Heavy Bones

thats an awesome album. its basically a super group with banali from quiet riot, w.a.s.p., hughes/thrall and others, gary hoey and joel ellis on vocals from cats in boots

It was Scott Travis from Racer X & Judas Priest, Dave Lombardo had an awesome bans called GRIP INC. All 4 albums are awesome, Lombardo did play drums for TESTAMENT on the Gathering one of my favorite Testament albums.
