I'm going to stop buying music in 2014 until I am completely caught up with my writing project (10 albums to go) and listening to all unopened things that I have piled up (probably 30 albums). So I need to finalize some things before December 31st, and I'm trying to assemble a small list to conquer. Suggestions requested, poll included. Bouncing breasts:

Dont listen to the internet, Heritage ruled. The irony of this post is not lost on me. No clue what hypocrisy and pearl jam have been up to.

I read these three posts for a really long time trying to figure out what was going on......then I noticed the poll

Unrelated: I quite thoroughly enjoyed Heritage. Lol @ NIN. When I heard Reznor getting interviewed on NPR this summer....I laughed hard

I haven't heard an Opeth album since Damnation was released. Bits and pieces since then, but nothing impressed me really. But, I plan on picking up Heritage eventually, if anything the cover art reminds me of one of the final cut scenes in Exile:

(Around the 1:43 mark is a tree full of heads.)

I've been a massive fan of NIN for 20 years. I own Halos 1 through 27, and a few unique copies of some of those. But I stopped at Halo 28, because I heard one song, thought it was lame, and my trusted people have confirmed just that, so I haven't bothered. Maybe someday.

Partially thanks to a bunch of gift cards, I just bought:

Bathory - Under the Sign of the Black Mark
Mayhem - Deathcrush
Primordial - Spirit the Earth Aflame
Emperor - IX Equilibrium
Vhöl - s/t
Vastum - Carnal Law
KMFDM - UAIOE
Red Flag - The Eagle And Child
Otis Redding - Otis Blue

Those last three are for the wife, but I'll probably listen to them anyhow. And I think that settles it for me, but I have a few days to figure out what else I'm missing... maybe.

I need an album to purchase in order to get an "add on" item delivered via Prime.

Somebody throw some Amazon friendly metal my way.

You tried this one?

But seriously, new Fates is pretty good: [ame]http://www.amazon.com/Darkness-Different-Light-Fates-Warning/dp/B00EC6W0AG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1388419354&sr=8-1&keywords=fates+warning[/ame]

My Kindle Fire lasted a mere 18 months before it started fucking up - right after I downloaded $120 worth of textbooks on it of course

Dude, I need this. Can I get it from you or somewhere simple? Price including shipping? (Well, amazon is about as simple as it gets but I got beef with them due to my kindle fucking up and me being too lazy to contact them good and proper)

Well, I'm not sure which is cheapest but this is the link to the label's European store: http://www.backstreet-merch.com/stores/prostheticrecords/official_tempel_merchandise/

And here is the link for America: http://www.indiemerch.com/prostheticrecords/band/tempel

Also, any record store should be available to order a copy for you if that's easier.

Fantastic album man, I said I'd buy it upon physical release, and so...!

Bathory - The Return......
Tempel - On the Steps of the Temple

Also, Pacific Rim on Blu Ray along with some Elvira DVD collection. Isn't that exciting?!

Thanks!
