Seriously? The solo in How the Story Ends is ridiculous. If you see footage of Tornado recently, Chris isn't even looking at his guitar for 3/4's of it.

I'm pretty sure that no matter what the solo was, Chris could take it and just rip it apart. If he can do Tornado almost entirely without looking, and this solo without making a mistake, that's some kind of ridiculous talent right there.

The tornado of souls solo isn't anything more that really good phrasing, IMO. I think the only really advanced techniques in it is the fast descending lick at the very end which I still cant play after like a year of knowing the solo. haha. the How the Story Ends solo seems to be a lot harder. fo sho.

Very true. Some of the solos on Endgame are pretty ridiculous as well, Chris is a fantastic composer in that aspect. Very exotic.

I'd love to see Chris do the Holy Wars solos. Guess it's off on a YouTube hunt, then.
