Listen to the meow around these lines, it's panned to the right at the end of each line
It sounds clearest exactly after the word "breathe".

No, it's in the song Mirror of Souls. I don't know if he's featured anywhere else as well.

Edit: Listen to 17:00-17:17 in that song. I think he meows at the end of each line, but I'm not sure because it's very subtle. However, it's very clear at the end of the lines I mentioned in my original post, especially after the word "breathe" if you know it's there.

Yes, if you see the booklet it says "additional vocals by Truman" . I can't remember what that video was about, but I must have seen it before. I'm not totally sure if that particular spot I mentioned is the one to feature his vocals or if it's just an effect that sounds like a meow, but I think it's it. If you can't hear it, try using headphones and focus on your right ear.

There IS a weird sound after said line, but it could be anything.

I'll have to go back and listen...I remember he's at least in the first appearance of that section ("A dark chasm, a great abyss...") but I can't remember if he's there in the part you mentioned above or not.
