FIREWIND Confirms summer festival show in Portugal!



FIREWIND will return to play for their fans in Portugal this summer @ the 2nd edition of

Lagoa Burning Live Festival set to take place July 25-27 in Lagoa, Algarve, Portugal!



Other bands appearing on the bill are Angra, W.A.S.P., Obituary, Moonspell, Opeth, Tankard, Grave Digger, Cruachan Dark Moon, Dionysus etc



25.07. 2008 POR, Algarve @ Lagoa Burning Live Festival


Tickets will go on sale in March, with more bands to be announced during the coming days.


This looks like it could be good...but I'm still holding out...

It´s a 3 day festival, And the 25th is a great day!

My brother and a friend of ours will be there as well!

You should come, we´re nice people, nice country ^_^

Heh. If I can afford it I'll definitely make it along!!! I can go to probably 2 summer fests max. So this may be one of them. Has the most promising line up so far. Wacken looked good when the first few bands were confirmed but it doesn't appeal anymore.

I like nice people and I freakin' love beer. So...it makes sense.

It's camping, yeah?

Yeah, there´s a camping spot incase you want to do all 3 days or just camp. Il probably just go on the 25th

Me too tbh. Yeah, that's right, travelling a coupla thousand miles for 1 day

Is there anywhere the full line up for each day is? When I see it it's all jumbled up. I know Firewind play the 25th.

i think w.a.s.p is on the 26th, obituary 27th, angra will probably be 25th and Opeth + Moonspell don´t have a date yet

If Angra is on the 25th too I will be a VERY happy woman. Seen W.A.S.P. like 4 times already.

Ooooooooooh beautiful lineup.

I dunno why but my gut feeling says that Firewind will be confirmed for the Gods of Metal festival. At least I hope so
