Found a demo of a song my band did awhile back just to test my new setup and I thought I would have a go mixing it with slate drums. The drums were all originally recorded with NT5'S, NT1, AKG C418'S, shure 57 and audio tech mics. I replaced all the original hits (I think a couple I missed) and used the original overheads and room mic. Guitars were recorded with one 57's half way off the speaker, touching the grill, bass di. I probably spent and hour on the mix, but thought it was coming together.
