So I'm doing a random search on Amazon for mp3s of cover versions of great songs...
...and I stumble on a flamenco cover of Rainbow's "Gates of Babylon".

Pulling on that thread leads to three albums by "Flametal", their 2010 album of covers "Heavy Mellow", and two older albums of originals(?) that aim to be "50% metal, 50% flamenco". (Bought on-line, currently downloading.)
Then a search here, and I find this post. [BUMP.] Fans of cool metal covers, fans of extreme guitar, fans of proggy wankery will likely appreciate.
Manowar fans might appreciate having something to put on the stereo when gramma visits.
