This little interface can be used as it's own interface, or work with your existing interface to give you the ability to use the VRM (Virtual Room Monitoring) which emulates a room sound through standard headphones.

I bought this as a package deal and my computer is too old and slow to use this interface along with my existing interface. It works well, and it's pretty cool, but my 6 year old computer can't hang with it in large projects with lots of plugins.
