Pretty tragic, that story is; but somehow, I don't think Mr. Margaritaville's music was directly related to the guy's death. The media likes to blow stories out of proportion.

Now if you want music to ban, it should be New Kids on the Block. Nearly two decades ago, they caused a stampede in South Korea that got a girl trampled to death.
