Last Friday I witnessed the full on Aural assalt of "The Haunted" and "Arch Enemy" at a gig billed as SWEDISH APOCALYPSE.
It's fair to say the title of the gig said it all.
Clearly both bands are distinctly heavier then Saxon but they both knock out great "Heavy Metal" tunes.
It's good to see Sweden producing some great bands, there where a couple of other bands on the bill I didn't see one of which was "Dark Tranquillity.
One final note in respect of Angela Gossow (Arch Enemy lead singer for those who don't know) how can someone that stunningly georgeous
sing like that ??? It's not right ...................................
