like Shawn said that is Gothic Slam. Uncle Slam better known for "Say Uncle Or Die!" I reissued their debut album, Say Uncle and they gave me their Led Zeppelin cover for this compilation. \m/

Also for the record i was attempting to negotiate with Gothic Slam as well for the reissue of both of their albums, but what they were asking was out of my range.
