Hey guys I don't know if many of you here or not run or know about BOINC but thought it would be good to inform you since all of you have a computer to check it out.

http://boinc.berkeley.edu/
BOINC a program that uses your spare CPU cycles " when your computer is idle" for projects that are used for scientific research in many areas.

Im currently a part of the

http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/
World Community Grid researches :
Muscular Dystrophy Research
Influenza Antivirual Drug search
Childhood Cancer Research
Nutritious rice for the world
Help conquer cancer
Human Proteomen Folding
Discovering Denque drugs together

http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/
Rosetta@home researches :
Malaria
Anthrax
HIV
Other Viruses
Alzheimer's Disease
Cancer
Prostate Cancer

First you have to download and install BOINC from http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php
Once BOINC is installed, then inside BOINC you attach to the individual projects . World Community Grid and Rosetta (Their are many more projects you can connect to but these are the only ones I have created a team for ).

I have created an Andy Sneap Ultimate Metal Forum TEAM on these projects. This is to keep count of participants from this forum, their credits, team challenges, and ranking in comparisons with other teams. Come join me in using our computing power, not only can this forum kick some metal ass but also kick some diseases ass as well. If you need help setting it up let me know and I will help you.

See you guys there. :kickass:
