? Former Bass Player - Lars ?

Hi,
I am looking for information about a former Bass player of November's Doom.
He told me about the band and his name is Lars.

I looked through a couple of websires but no dot see him listed as a former member

Is one of these sites that I checked.

Perhaps just a member for a tour or something?

Any information would be appreciated.
Last name, other bands played with etc.

He seemed like a very down to earth and a nice person too.

I'm not sure who this is, but we have never played with a bassist named Lars. The only Lars I know was the former bassist of Thurisaz, who we toured with, but he has never played for us.

Yeah we've never had a bassist named Lars. Sometimes people call me "Lars" (my name is Larry, so sometimes people shorten it to Lar or Lars, especially the Europeans do this it seems), but I play guitar for the band, not bass. So unless it is me you're talking about and mistook my name, I have no idea who you're referring to?

I met the guy in New Mexico (where I am from), so unless NvmbrsDoom5 was in New Mexico last week must be another person!

He mentioned November's Doom and the girl he was with said they were from Belgium.

I'll look into Thurisaz.
Maybe I was the one who got the information wrong ( -- doubt it!!

Either that or this guy was blowing smoke up my arse and trying to hitch a ride on Your train!

Just did a search for Thurisaz.

They are from Belgium and did have a Bass player named Lars.

So it must have been that he told me that Thurisaz had toured with November's Doom and I heard it wrong.
So My fault!

As a follow up, Lars from Thurisaz contacted me.
He is indeed a very cool guy, much one of the reasons I wanted to stay in contact with him.

Sweet, and Thurisaz are a great band too. Sad to know that Lars isn't with them anymore but the two cds he did with them are stellar, in my opinion!
