fracture sucked

My real problem with the film was that I had to suspend sooooo much disbelief. Hopkins character was almost magic in his ability to outwit everyone and manipulate the world around him.

oh well, there is always HOT FUZZ. :goggly:

Yep, Hot Fuzz owned. I read that it outperformed half the other movies on release, despite being limited to a few thousand screens.

I think everyone should try and catch the Lives of Others. It's a fine chunk of German cinema. Set before the fall of the Berlin wall it's pretty awesome. I guess it's an exploration of how art changes under oppression, and how that oppression changes or is affected in the face of art. I loved it.

I really wanted to see 'Hot Fuzz', but was sorely disappointed to find it wasn't showing at the cinema. Ach well, saw 'Sunshine' instead. Both good. :)

It looks hilarious, I want to see it really badly.
Hot Fuzz and Spiderman 3 are the only movies I'm really interested in seeing now

in lieu of drinking, i think warrel's become some sort of film freak

just found a theater showing it here... going on your advice... and yes I am a movie freak but I put that down to my college years... "film as art" was one of my favorite classes

I'm glad, it's a really layered piece of cinema. A real exploration of the human condition, and if you're in a mood for that then it's probably the best movie I've seen recently.

I just saw Reno 911: Miami yesterday and it rocked. Thomas Lennon -!

"Like a law enforcement Cheetah"

I saw this last Tuesday because of what the preview led me to belive that Hopkins would be more of a Hannibla Lecter type character and this movie would be more suspenseful. Boy was i wrong . This move reminds me more of a Law and Order episode more epmhasis on the law.

If you wanna see a kickass movie go see Pathfinder I did love this movie.

I do notice Warrel is a film freak wich isnst a bad thing as long as it doesnt take away from his time with Nevermore.:)

i went to see it, it was good half-way through it, but i had a panic attack and had to leave, but what i saw was interesting, ill go back on my days off. I'm suprised that you say it sux, cause from what i saw it was interesting...

never heard of Fracture...guess i'm glad I hadn't. 28 weeks later and of course the new Spider man flik are on my to see list. Nothign else really. Wanted to see Hot Fuzz but it didn't show anywhere near me (withint 100 miles)

I was going to see hot fuzz but haven't gotten around to it yet.

spiderman 3 this friday! anyone?
