France still in Europe?

Just wondering...coz we are today the 25th of november,that is one day after the official release of the Lamentations DVD in Europe and it's still impossible to find it here...any shops have it...any...and they haven't heard about a DVD of Opeth in France...i have been obliged to order it at www.amazon.co.uk !!
So,i'm just wondering if France is still in Europe,where the official release of the DVD was yesterday ...
