in Burundi this morning to crazed fans. Bello, 53, appears in lime
colored spandex jump suit and leopard skin bandana, to perform high
endurance knee bends, leg stretches, pushups, situps, and teaches
you the basics of jump rope all while the hard rock tunes of the
band Bread are going on.
ex-Anthrax singer Joey Belladonna also makes an appearance on the
