Freakin apple magic mouse problems

This god damn mouse keeps losing connection every 10 minutes, regardless of what im doing. When im trying to record, where ever i have the mouse it just randomly starts like, clicking shit, so its fucking up my recording cuz it keeps stopping it and highlighting random shit. I tried trashing my .plist prefs and making the mouse a favorite and neither worked. Any ideas before this thing goes out the window?

Did it 3 times with 3 separate brands, same problem

if you're still under warranty take it to the apple store and get a new one

warranty is up already, that was the first thing i thought of. Looks like im just gonna have to go and buy a new one
