I went through the forgot password option, I got the key to submit then it doesn't give me an option to reset my password or an email with a temporary password in it.

After you recieve the email, you click the link and enter the "token" into the box, you are then able to access the account Maintenence link where you can go in and change your password
if that doesn't work...
