it is an economy theory, i wouldnt wanna bore the hell out of you but it is based on this:

if your money is overvalued you cant export, instead youll import because dollar is cheap. Thats why they have been insisting on US to increase the value od dollar

they have a huge trade deficit specialy with china. They wanna increase their export by low valued dollar policy.
