I installed this on my Charvel So-Cal back in the fall, and just removed it today. These go for $60 new, and I'd like to get $45 with free shipping in the U.S. You'll need to stop at your local hardware store for 4 small screws to mount it and a little piece of felt to put between the block of the bridge and the unit. I had to do the same thing because the ones that came with it were complete garbage. Instructions are included.
Make me an offer if $45 seems unreasonable, but I figured saving $15 because it's missing $.50 in screws and a pea sized piece of felt is a pretty good deal.
