Got one of these. It works well. Power supply included, firewire cable isn't. The dock is also included.
Mackie discontinued these for some reason, but it works great. You get two simultaneous inputs that can be switched between various source jacks - so effectively you can connect up two microphones, two guitars, and two line level inputs... and then activate between them as necessary. You get two pairs of control room outputs - for using multiple monitors. You also get headphone outputs With the dock, you get a further 4 outputs. Looks like this:
Works on OSX and Windows XP/7 - 64bit drivers available too.
