in case anyone's interested, i've decided to put my old Marshall JCM 800 2210 Head on sale.
The amp is in good condition and works (and sounds) like a charm. one of the clean channel pots (i think it's the treble one) is cracked at the screw, but it works just fine, only an optical flaw.
no need to talk about the sound, classic 80s marshall here, but more gain than the one channel 2203 version. i managed to play death-thrash without a boost with the gain not even maxed....trust me, there's enough.
the thing is, i just can't use it in any of my bands, as the clean channel is....well, very marshall like
not exactly pristine, and i need just that. also, major amp gas is hitting right now (still unsure between krank revolution and engl fireball 100), so the marshall has to go.
just let me know if anyone's interested. pricing is negotiable.
