This thing is near mint (if not mint) condition. Its been sitting in a rehearsal room for the majority of its life and has only seen 1 or 2 gigs... the tubes are the original tubes (the amp is probably 5 or 6 years old) and they are just now starting to go microphonic, to give you an idea of how much its been used.
It comes with the footswitch, cable and cloth cover (probably the original manual as well).
