Hey guys,

For sale is a set of HD650 headphones. They have been in my possession for a week and have about 1 hour of total use. They arrived brand new, and are still in virtually brand new condition, short of the packaging being opened. They are revered as some of the best audiophile-grade studio headphones available.

I don't think I'm a headphone guy to be honest. I realized I prefer the convenience of the lesser ATH-M50s, with their closed design and less leakage. It's mostly about practicality to me when tracking, because I don't really use headphones when mixing, balancing or anything like that.

No guys, these aren't ideal cans for tracking. They're an open-back design which has more natural lows, making them ideal for sound reproduction, leveling, and if you generally like to mix or reference your work on linear response headphones. They have a fair amount of bleed from the inside out and to the outside in, as all open-back designs do.
