Stick it out longer dude! There aren't that many options, just standard EQ, compressor and filter options.
I was the same with the metric halo plugin at first because it looks so big, but just try to get used to it and you will love it!

Can you literally select the different console series EQs for each band (A,N, and S?) are the 3 compressors in here as well? If so that's pretty killer IMO.
yes you can select the different eqs for each band, that what makes it for me, along with the input modeling, i don't believe there any other channels that do this, to those guys who have used a psp vintage warmer for guitar tracks, the CSP blows the shit out of it when used properly.
but yeah take some time with it, there aren't that many options to confuse, once you get the hang of it, you may not stop using it.

In all honesty my audio HDD is starting to crap out on me, and this would be the easiest thing to part with to raise cash for a new one.

If I didn't already own all the individual plugs from URS (other than the tape saturation one) I would probably grab this from you.
